  • A ninety minute call to walk through your iris analysis and root cause.

  • A twelve week personalised herbal protocol and transition diet guide.

Regenerative Healing Programme

This is a monthly membership and includes regular Pranic Healing session, herbal protocol refinements, and ongoing detoxification support.

  • 4 Pranic Healing & Guidance Sessions Per Month (90 min) Each session combines progress reviews, protocol guidance, personalised recommendations and targeted Pranic Healing tailored to your unique symptoms, challenges and health goals.

  • Phase 1 is your initial 12 week foundation. It includes your health assessment, Iridology Analysis, consultation and personalised diet and herbal protocol.

    The Regenerative Healing Programme is Phase 2, providing ongoing support after your initial protocol through regular Pranic Healing sessions, protocol refinements, detoxification guidance and continued support.

  • Yes. Phase 1 allows us to understand your health history, symptoms and constitution before creating your initial personalised protocol. It provides the foundation for ongoing work.

  • Your protocol will include dietary and lifestyle guidance, regenerative detoxification guidance and personalised herbal protocols based on your individual needs.

  • Herbal formulas significantly speed up the healing process. I would recommend them for those with chronic health conditions.

    I work with Dr Morse’s formulas. These formulas are made in the USA however there are distributors in the EU, UK and Australia.

  • This is the purest form of healing; a science of Nature, used for hundreds of years by people and instinctively by all animals. It restores health and vitality to our physical, emotional, mental, and energy bodies.

It is incredibly effective with emotional problems like stress, anxiety, depression and even addictions. It works on the fundamental principle that the body can heal itself.

    Pranic Healing can benefit everyone, from those seeking relief from physical ailments to individuals looking for emotional balance or spiritual growth.

    Some of the many issues pranic healing can help with includes headaches, migraines, chronic pain, digestive problems, fatigue, injuries, skin conditions, joint pain and stiffness, post-surgery recovery, neurological issues, depression, anxiety, hormonal, imbalances, insomnia and much more.

  • A pranic healing session lasts about 30 to 60 minutes and begins with a consultation to discuss the client’s concerns.

    Once the session starts, you can simply relax while the practitioner performs the healing work.

    Pranic healing is a non-touch therapy, allowing treatments to be conducted in the same room or even remotely, making it accessible for everyone.

  • Those with chronic or more severe conditions may require more sessions compared to someone seeking relief from mild conditions.

    Generally, clients may begin to feel effects after 1 to 3 sessions, with more significant changes often noticed after 5 to 10 sessions.

  • Iridology is one of man’s greatest diagnostic tools giving us insight into the body. Iridology is a study of the iris of the eyes, as it relates to cellular weaknesses(genetics) and lymphatic stagnation (acidosis and toxicity). 

    It gives us a detailed view of our genetics, tissue weaknesses or strengths, and the congestive (or toxic) conditions of the body. It shows us obstructions, prolapsed conditions and chemical accumulations. 

    An iridology analysis allows us to:

    • Understand the root cause of symptoms

    • Gain insight into the state of the lymphatic system which is involved in 99% of illnesses

    • Predict future health problems

    • Identify susceptibility to certain health issues

    • Identify genetic weaknesses or strengths
